Description
In construction object there was made rebuilding of 3 floor historical steelwork building into five-storey “A” class office building. During construction works there were ensured reconstruction of damaged building coverings and extensive foundation reinforcement. To ensure necessary functionality of new building, there were built two additional floors.
Facade renovation and insulation for first 3 floors was ensured while for 2 upper floors ventilated modern facade solution was built. This is one of first office buildings with such solution. In building there is ensured well-considered climate control system. High energo efficiency windows and other measures undertook to ensure necessary energy efficiency for the building.
Interior, exposing utilities elements, withheld in modern industrial style, to preserve the cultural heritage of the historical building.
In this object rebuilding is only a part of all construction works ensured by PRO DEV. Another next – fitting five – storey office new building is under construction and is projected to be finished after some month.
