Roofing works represent one of the fields of activity where our company has the most experience. We have been working in this field for more than 10 years.

During recent years we have installed and repaired roofs with a total area of more than 100, 000 m².

We have installed and renovated roofs of various types and functions: state and municipal buildings, supermarkets, office buildings of different classes, industrial structures and apartment houses.

When implementing these projects, we have been sub-contractors, as well as constructed the roofs on buildings we have constructed ourselves as the general contractors.

The company employs roof masters on a full-time basis, making it possible to maintain the competence of this trade and correspondingly guarantee the quality of the work. Our team of craftsmen include people who are over-qualified as jewellers. This alone already demonstrates the due care we take when performing roofing works.

Our experience and available resources help us ensure roofing works of virtually all types:

• roof shakes;
• low pitched roof (with bituminous felt, membrane, Firestone).

We ourselves import Firestone material from the USA and specialise in application of this material.

Depending on the purpose of the project, location, its function and other auxiliary requirements, we recommend the best possible roof solution.

We install and renovate almost all types of roofing (clay tilework, roof shakes, tilework, etc.).
We ensure a three-year warranty for roofing works.

Upon completion of a roof project, we deliver to the customer the operating instructions in accordance with the type of roof, including preventive measures to be taken in the maintenance thereof.

We ensure an annual warranty inspection. Within the scope of such inspections, we assess the condition of the roof construction, as well as whether the use of the roof conforms to conditions. For example, the roof might be incorrectly planted, which triggers the formation of unwanted sediment, etc.
